The Art of Live-Fire Cooking

Established in 2016, we are a small family run business bringing traditional Argentine open fire cooking to your event. All our meat is ethically sourced from high quality providers and cooked on site so that you and your guests can enjoy the aromas of a classic Asado.

We don't offer fixed menus but work with our clients to create a bespoke offering that fits the size and mood of the event. This might include a whole lamb, picaña, chorizo sausages, empanadas and homemade chimichurri.

In recognition of our non-gaucho customers we also cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets.
